2021 Spring Harvest: The different variations of sencha okumidori



This 2021 Spring Harvest the team worked hard to bring you different variations of a well-loved cultivar in Kyoto Prefecture: Okumidori. By varying the shading lengths of our pesticide-free okumidori tea fields, we were able to produce a range of interesting sencha okumidori flavour profiles.
